HOMER is a sports prediction room with an AI announcer. You make picks, HOMER locks them on the record, talks trash, and surfaces real prediction market prices. It’s an entertainment app — not a sportsbook, not a gambling operator.
HOMER is currently in beta. Things will break, features will change, and we’ll ship updates frequently. Your picks and room data are real and persistent, but the product is still evolving.
All picks are for entertainment and bragging rights. Actions between friends are exactly that — informal, between you and the other person. HOMER never holds, escrows, or moves money. Settlement happens off-app (e.g. via a Venmo link you share yourself). We have no role in whether or how Actions get settled.
HOMER shows real prices from platforms like Kalshi and Polymarket. If you tap through and trade on those platforms, you’re subject to their terms, rules, and risks — not ours. We earn referral revenue when you click through, but we don’t operate those markets.
You can close your account at any time by reaching out to us. We can also close or suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make meaningful changes, we’ll let you know. Continuing to use HOMER after changes means you’re good with the updated terms.
